1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to three days of placing your order, and then take 5-8 days or faster to reach your doorstep. Some products can ship and be to you within 4-7 days depending on the product. (Due to virus Pandemic shipping make take a few extra days but we ensure the few extra days wait will be worth it)

2. What's your return policy?

You can return your order if you did not receive what you ordered, such as wrong size, color or product and we will give you a full refund. However you must ship, back the item or items in which we do not pay for the return shipping. Contact us for any Questions you may have

3. Can i cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellations. If you want to cancel your order you must do so before it ships, however if the product is already shipped you must wait to you receive the product and once you do return it back and then once we receive the product we can issue a refund. And there is a 5% restocking fee.

4. What if i receive the wrong item?

If there is a issue with your order, if its the wrong size or wrong color, then take a pic of the item problem, then simply notify us and once we see the problem we will give you a refund after you ship the product back to us. We do not pay for shipping.
